"The food was literally the same everyday. Some meal sessions their staff were taking food and jostling with the guests. No a great experience
They forgot to read what Expedia transmitted in terms of payment and failed to apply payment at point of entry only to ring and upset my son by asking him to come and pay. My SPA session was put in someone else name and took two days and further intervention to have it rectified.
I believe they will be very good if they pay attention to details more and...

"The hotel is very big yet beautiful. The rooms are spacious and we were pleased to find a hairdryer in the bathroom. Evening entertainment was great but also easily avoided if required. We also enjoyed the selection of pools and meals on offer! Would highly recommend this hotel."

Negative comments: On the website it said Stonetown and city was 1 minute or 2 away but is an hour and 1/2. No other beach Re s nearby. No other restaurants in walking distance.
Could not use credit card for excursions. Had to have a taxi take you to an ATM to pay. Some locations had limitations to...
"Place is clean but really basic and over priced. For 500$ a night you would expect absolute luxury but was really disappointed.
The staff are really nice and friendly which was the only positive from the huge price paid."

"The view overlooking the beach during sunset is breathtaking. The weather was just perfect during end of Aug- beginning of Sep. The place is very well maintained with the staff being always helpful with a smile. When departing, they provided free shuttle to the airport."
