"We had the worst experience at this hotel. We reserved and paid in full six months in advance because we planned to meet our relatives from Ukraine and spend time around this area. When we arrived, the staff transferred our reservation to another hotel without our consent. They claimed due to electrical issue in the room. "The room was nothing short of fabulous. It was enormous, with high ceilings and windows that opened onto views of the countryside. The bathroom was fit for a king. Water pressure was good, and the shower temperature was constant. The bed was firm. Plenty of storage space. The pool was lovely.
