"The hotel is in a very convenient and central location. The hotel is unique in its own ways and as it was built over a historic site. Rooms are big and comfortable where mini-bar is all provided for. The interesting part of the hotel is that to get to certain parts of the hotel rooms (in my case which is on floor 1), you have to go to 3rd floor, walk across a long walkway of rooms before reaching a bar area in order to head down another 2 floors to get to my room. Kinda of inconvenient...

"Extremely central to everything in Old Town and fast connect to the airport. In an old RBS building and apts are well appointed. Cheerful and amazing staff! "

The food at dinner and breakfast was phenomenal and the staff went above and beyond to make sure every need of ours was met. Highly recommend this...

"We couldn’t get in touch with the owner, and hand to contact Hotels.com to be able to get information about the check in. You’re really paying for the location with this place. It’s really close to everything including the old town, the castle and Princes street garden. But the kitchens smells bad, probably the fridge. The rooms smells like mold and I’m allergic… and there was some others hair all over the bathroom. I think what bothered us the most though was that there was absolutely NO HEAT....
