The lady on reception was amazing. She was very friendly and attentive to our needs. She helped make our weekend special and I would recommend the Glasshouse just on her service. The rest of the staff were great and the hotel itself was lovely. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location and directly accessible on the tram from the airport. The only issue is the lack of adequate signage outside - they need a bigger sign that lights up! The elevator was not working when we were stayed so we had a long walk up 4 flights of stairs each time we left the hotel, which ensured we got our steps in each day! Other than that, the staff were extremely helpful (shoutout to Issac) and very engaged. We attended the Burns dinner at the hotel and it was an experience I will never forget! I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were perfectly appointed, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was surprisingly comfortable and secret/bespoke private club ambience…interesting people with an elegant unforced air. The room was spotless and absolutely gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving recommendations for bars and restaurants. Big shout out to David for all of his advice to make our stay perfect. The snug bar is a must visit - absolutely stunning location to sit and enjoy a drink, or multiple drinks should I say! The hotel was clean throughout, with a lovely decor throughout. Our suite was just perfect and we will definitely be returning!
