"The entrance is beautiful. The room is spacious and clean, except for under the bed which obviously doesn’t get cleaned. The bathroom was really nice and included a tub, shower, high end toilet and double sinks. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommended."

"Great hotel in the center of Vienna."

"Best hotel staff ever!"

"The Sacher is an excellent choice, location-wise and for the level of service it would be hard to beat in Vienna. The only downside I can mention is that the property is so iconic , the bar and cafe are beset by selfy taking , nonguest tourists and influencers. It can be a little detrimental to the atmosphere. I’d recommend to the management that banning of cameras and photography would improve the experience of guests,"

"Loved the location! Great staff! Beautiful building and spacious rooms!"

"Excellent location and staff Comfortable rooms Thank you"

"Everyone on the staff was incredibly helpful and eager to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The mattress was very comfortable and the bedding luxurious. It's a perfect location to see all the wonderful sights in Vienna and walk through the old town to shops and restaurants. The restaurant is amazing and quite popular with locals out enjoying the sights and shopping."

"Absolutely amazing hotel, wonderful staff and great location."

"الاقامة كانت جيدة ولكن الفندق يفتقر بتقديم خدمات مهمة كاعدم توفير قواير المياه المجانية .وعدم توفر سخان ماء وادوات الشاي والقهوة .وايضايفتقر على وجود مكواه وطاوله كي .الميزة الممتازه في هذا الفندق موقعة ونظافته فقط ."
