"Arriving you have to climb 8or so steeps and there was zero help with the luggage. Then you have to drive your car to a parking lot which is 5 minutes by car (as so many one-way streets) and then 5 minutes walk back. Arrived and people at front desk were kind and helpful (other than lack of bellmany but office door open, paper shredder working overtime, and it wasn't the wonderful experience I had hoped on first entry.
