Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff, particularly Sara at reception. She is a real asset to the business. Give her a pay rise!"

"The hotel is lovely and conveniently located. The staff were all very pleasant. There was some misleading information on the booking description that was disappointing. There is not a spa on site. As I had booked for that reason, it was a bit irritating. Maybe they will correct that in the listing. Note that the nearest spa will require at least 24 hr advanced booking to accommodate guests of the hotel (with limited availability). Other than that, my stay was excellent. "
