"Great location. Nice size rooms (2 queen beds). Quiet. Restaurant and bar are excellent. Staff was all very friendly and efficient. The only issue was that we had to wait about 20 minutes when checking in because the guest at the head of the line was asking numerous questions that could have been addressed elsewhere, and there was only one desk clerk and he was too polite to tell the first in line guest to come back later."
"Unforgettable stay at the NH Collection in Copenhagen! Treat yourself to the waterfront junior suite as we did and you will not be disappointed. Every morning we enjoyed incredible sunset views with our in room coffee. The location is top-notch and so easy to get to the airport. I would like to particularly acknowledge the incredible staff who helped celebrated my father‘s birthday with an lush array of treats, plus a bottle of bubbles. We will never forget our time there."
"This is a well run hotel with an excellent staff! The room had a great view. It was also comfortable. The property restaurant is also excellent. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return if we have the opportunity."
"Cute hotel if you’re looking for those “Insta” photos. If you’re after a great “spa” experience I’d look elsewhere. The sauna/steam rooms were on the top floor so you have to go in a lift.
Great room and gorgeous toiletries 💕"
"Good location and well designed. Property is getting a bit tired. The rugs in the room weren’t that clean. The bathroom, when I checked in, was not clean, and tile in the bathroom is chipped. They provided me another room, but overall they could use an update, even the walls in the hall were dusty"
