"The hotel has a very much a 5-star feel, reminiscent of something out of Downton Abbey. The building and public areas are grand, and the complimentary Elemis toiletries were a nice touch. We loved our spacious room with a gorgeous high ceiling and updated bathroom. It felt like pure luxury after our cramped stay in London. "The place was great but we just happened to go during a historical heat wave and there was no AC ! The staff were super helpful and gave us a Dyson fan but the heat was unbearable at times . The place is nice and very close to all attractions. The room was cozy and comfortable . We would have eaten there but instead looked for dining places that had AC so we could cool off !"
