"The apartment was ok, but very overpriced at £400 for the weekend. There is a lot of noise from outside as some local bars nearby, lots of shouting on the street outside at intervals from 11pm to 3am. The boiler is housed in a cupboard in a bedroom and rattled overnight. The apartment is very spacious and the boiler could easily have been housed in a cupboard away from sleeping areas. Having said that there is lots of space and nice to be able to relax in dining/lounge area. Check in was...

"We loved the view out the window, the separate entrance to our bedroom, the spacious bathroom with the heated towel racks, the breakfasts were delicious and the common areas with fireplace were cozy and welcoming. Avril does a great job making people feel at home. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pear Tree Hill B & B."
