"酒店很漂亮！"

"Booked a year in advance for ocean view room. Got one on 3rd floor, was right beside air handling unit on 2nd floor. Noise was horrendous, had a low ocean view, but noise made sitting on deck impossible. Bathroom sink drain clogged, would fill up quickly and drain 15 mins later. AC would not go colder than 22.5 C. Would not of been as much of issue if could of opened patio doors for breeze, too loud. All in all not a great experience"

"The property was immaculate, clean and fresh. Check in was a breeze and the staff were all very nice. Location was perfect, just across the road from the tram, beach and shops close by. There was milk in the fridge as well as coffee and tea, Body wash, shampoo & conditioner was in the bathroom as well. It was very quiet at night when we slept as well. We really enjoyed all the property had to offer and will definitely book here when we return."

"In overall it was a good experience. Couple notes: 1 - when I ordered pizza in room service, they brought just a pizza in the box, no plates for 3 of us. 2 - When we came to the swiming pool at 4:30pm, the stuff- lady said that it will be closed at 5pm. However, we left at 6pm and pool was still open with many kids, parents and personal still at the pool. Not sure if this lady was new to this hotel??"

"停車一天澳幣$18 對面就是太平洋百貨公司、賭場很便利"

"Staff at breakfast are amazing."

"كانت جيده ولكن شور الاستحمام ليس جيد وكذلك لم يكن هناك ماء للغسيل بعد قضاء الحاجه "

"The property especially the rooms were quite dated. The beds are uncomfortable. The Fire Place is the only restaurant on site worth going to. The staff are great, especially Gretel, she was great."

"Clean room always. Staff were nice and helpful loved my stay here."

"Beautiful location, very peaceful and private. Housekeeping could be a bit more careful cleaning. Getting a bit dated. Restaurant is closed. But overall the peace and quiet was what we achieved. Thankyou."
