"Das Essen hat uns leider überhaupt nicht gefallen, was nervig war das man nicht selber sein Getränk auffüllen konnte im Essens Bereich und der Zustand am Strand sah auch nicht gut aus. Damit sind die liegen am Strand gemeint sehr unordentlich, war einfach kein schönes Erscheinungsbild. Meerwasser war eigentlich sehr schön wenn die Algenblätter nicht wären, was ich damit meine man könnte auch was dafür tun. Ansonsten war das Zimmer schön, sauber und das Personal war nett. "

Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns total willkommen gefühlt – das ganze Team ist unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Man merkt wirklich, wie viel Liebe und Leidenschaft hier drinsteckt. "We stayed for 12 nights and found the hotel lovely and clean. Our room was spacious although no view as such. It was comfortable but beds very hard Staff very helpful. Nothing is too much for them. Food was excellent although restaurant very busy. Drinks expensive. Good pool. Recommend highly"

"This hotel is great and the breakfast and cleanliness are excellent. My only observations are that it would be great to have service around the pool and the storage space in the rooms definitely needs to be looked as, most of our clothes had to stay in piles on the floor. With that said I could go back to the hotel"

"Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities great, hotel feel is laid back and luxurious but not fussy. Very clean and beautifully kept grounds. Location is great 30 minute walk to beautiful little town Panormo which has plenty restaurants, bars and a few shops. 30 minute drive into the city of Rethymno. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days. "

"Beautiful hotel and service was fantastic in every part of the hotel except for the buffet. There were a lot of staff but always had to call someone to the table to either get a drink or set the table. Also, ordered drinks that never came. This happened on multiple occasions. Other than that, the hotel service was impeccable. I would highly recommend. "
