"This property is beautiful and fit for royalty. Breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, superb service, huge salt-water pool, and very peaceful. Breakfast had an incredible buffet selection, including fresh squeezed orange juice when you select your oranges to put in the machine. "At times it's difficult to fault parts of the experience at this hotel, but we couldn't help feeling that it is overall disappointing. We did not go all inclusive because we only stayed for three days and that may have some bearing on this review. Let's start with the good things. The food is very good, the breakfast is excellent, as are the Vertigo, beach bar and restaurant. Taverna Maria (not part of the hotel) is highly recommended. The beach is brilliant (and managed by a friendly chap)....

"This was the cliche type of an all inclusive hotel, the buffet choices were varied but we preferred to eat not at the hotel for lunch/dinner. We rented a car as otherwise we’d have been isolated on the hotel premises as there isn’t a lot around to do aside from the beach outside the hotel, so for those who wish to do more activities/venture around the island it’s probably best to rent a car. The spa/gym facilities are quite small compared to what we were expecting. Overall cleanliness was ok."
