"The hotel was generally ok, but not for a 5 star. It was a good 4 star experience. The room was too small for 5 stars, we had room to have one baggage without tripping over it - luckily we only needed and brought one. The bathroom is nice, except for the mirror / sink part, that is enclosed in a kind of nook, and you have no room to put any cosmetics - I had difficulty finding a place to put my shaving utensils, I had to put them in the sink, which made for an unpleasant experience. "We upgraded to Red Level, which was worth it because of the room upgrade, breakfast was included and the lounge facilities that included free drinks (beers, cava, wines and soft drinks with nibbles) and tapas from 1700-1900 each day. We had a great view of the marina, bay and the cathedral in the distance. Very friendly staff, who were more than helpful. "

"Property is nice but I’d say solid four star not five . Rooms are large and we had a nice balcony facing the water. We were not fond of bathrooms lay out that lacked privacy . Staff were very friendly and pool and gym well equipped. All meals were buffet style which were good although I’m not a big fan of dinner buffets. Location assuming weather is good is typical beach like but on a rainy day you are limited for activities. Overall a nice stay but not great"

Service was lacking and a bit disappointing; for example the airline lost our luggage and I asked for a brush to be delivered to our room, and it never was despite 2 calls.
