"Unique property well maintained and quite Serene , great staff"

"Stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and it was an incredible experience. The view is simply breathtaking and the castle is extremely charming. Food (breakfast and diner) and wine at the restaurants are high quality, inspired and locally sourced, though expensive. Their Brunello is VERY good. The thermal spa experience is unique in the region and is awsome, especially during the fall season when it is cooler outside. "Once in a lifetime trip. The facilities, the staff, the rooms, the views, the activities were all exceptional."

"Beautiful Borgo with views over Sienna and wonderful Tuscan countryside. In peak summer there is a family pool and adults only pool. The family pool was quiet and nice area to relax. About 20-30 mins to Siena we explored lots of lovely hill top places for dinner each night. Pool side dining was ok, club sandwiches that type of thing not extensive choice but adequate. Stunning views, good location to explore surrounding area. Would definitely recommend. I stayed with my family two boys age 9...

"Excellent location off the main road, very peaceful and relaxing. Clean with good amenities. Welcoming staff!"

The staff need to learn how to smile and serve it's customers properly, only the breakfast lady was great. Hotel difficult to get to required 10 km detour, wifi available but without internet access!!!! Had to pay 30 euros per person per day to access the pools. The on-site restaurant was horrible and staff useless....

"This property is pristine. Absolutely beautiful with some of the best views in Tuscany. I would recommend this experience to anyone."

"I can't imagine a better home-like experience than what we experienced here. Our hosts were charming and, more importantly, gave us a great window into what living in Tuscany is all about. We can't wait to go back! And for a much longer stay..."
