"The hotel is rated five stars, but unfortunately, the service did not meet five-star expectations. Room cleanliness could be improved, as the floors did not always seem to be swept properly. Bathroom amenities were replenished inconsistently, and rubbish bins were sometimes emptied and sometimes left untouched.
During breakfast, staff did not guide guests to available tables, leaving us to walk around and search for an empty seat ourselves.
Overall, the service was inconsistent and fell short...

"The hotel is so beautiful and super clean 7stars specially that we had sea view with balcony it is amazing. Internet super fast 50m/s. brackfast is just good. Downside is that the location is far from old town so you will have to ride bus which is not a big problem specially that it goes every 20mins but cost 13 hkn/one way and 300hkn to and from airport.

"Perfect location, spotless clean room. Bedding is superb. Breakfast is balanced and great, staff members are friendly and helpful. The only thing could improve is, we got an attic room, bathroom vanity space is very hard to manage to use. But I would rate this place a 5/5 !"
"Fantastic location with easy access for swimming. A little confusing to get around the various buildings and levels, but is well marked. Excellent breakfast choices, dinner on the seaside patio was very good. Not close to Old Town, but there is a city bus or taxi to get there (10-15 min)"
"Really lovely hotel from start to finish. Rooms were very well presented and maintained. Food in the various restaurants we visited on site was of a very high standard and a wide range of offerings was available across the estate. Breakfast was lovely and had a wide variety of food and drink. Views from restaurants and our balcony were superb. The hotel is ideally located right by the coast, but it is also easy to get into the centre of the city by bus or car. Highly recommended."
