Everything was absolutely perfect 👍 The food at the restaurant was so delicious with a wide range of wine selection…and we couldn’t get enough☺️ The location is great! "This property was wonderful it had a great services, the only thing is to get to most places it’s a least a 30 min taxi. Which isn’t bad but just mentally prepare. The 37 restaurant and grill was amazing!!! The food was prepared wonderfully. Also if you do need a taxi the front desk personnel will call one for you, just tell them the destination. "

"The service from the staff was excellent. I have stayed here a few times now when I’m in Seoul. It is very conveniently located in Gangnam area and easy access to 2 subway station and the City Airport Bus terminal inside the Coex mall. Hotel is also family friendly with offerings for the little ones in the hotel. My only disappointment in the hotel could use a renovation. It feels a little outdated "
