"Our stay here for 15 days was exemplary, I struggle to find any issues, but if one had to, there was one day when we had to wait 10 minutes with other guests for a table for breakfast. The room itself was cleaned both regularly and on demand. Room amenities were faultless. The standout feedback we have after this vacation, was the excellent staff interaction, they really go all out to meet your needs!! Thanks Guys!!!"

"Very disappointing checkout experience at Grand Hyatt Goa. Despite calling reception three times requesting help with luggage, no one came to assist. After waiting for quite some time, I eventually had to carry all the luggage myself during checkout. Service should not be different during check-in and check-out. Guests expect the same level of attention and hospitality throughout their stay, especially at a luxury hotel. This was certainly not the experience I expected."

"Our second stay at this property, the personal remembered us from before and they looked after us. There are a lot of people to mention but highlighting some of those fantastic guys who looked after us where Miraz the chef who looked after all our culinary needs, Yogesh, mustafa and srijita looking after us at breakfast. "Booked for 4 people 2 kids 2 adults. When got ro room at 11 pm had to argue to get beds for childeen. They expected all 4 of us to share one bed. This was then again repeated on a second booking"

"We have just come back from a 3 night stay at the ITC with friends. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend ITC.
