"The hotel location is good close to the old town about 7 minutes walk and to the metro station. The hotel rooms some are renovated others are old. Check in and out was quick but staff is not friendly no welcoming words and no smile at all. No phone numbers for the house keeping and room service on the room’phone. Every time we have to call the reception and when they are busy you got no answer. Some will take your order some receptionist will refuse and transfer you. So Inconvenient. "

The breakfast options included in the rate were excellent! Security issue: The bathroom tub is too high to step into with no wall handle to help in the process and tub access is partly blocked by a fixed glass pane. This is an accident waiting to happen, especially upon exiting the tub. "

"The hotel it is in a good spot to walk around Prague, walking distance from Old Town and malls where you can find fast food from chains but nothing really loval. The staff were friendly helpful (Rina was amazing) and you can ask them for suggestions. There is also a luggage storage available. The room wasn't so big but enough for us. It was clean expecially the bathroom. There is a big screen, air conditioning and toiletries available. Restaurant is based on the ground floor but there is no room...
