"Staff were all so Friendly and welcoming. Rooms clean and cosy and location of the hotel very convenient; near many attractions such as Hoan Kiem lake and the weekend night market. Many selections at breakfast and thoughtful inclusions in the room; staff, notably Hannah made sure we were well taken care of & our airport transfers arranged well. "

"The hotel and its staff go out of their way to make your stay exceptional in this very beautiful city. Within no time you are greeted by your name. Breakfast was my favorite part of I had to pick shortly followed by the location and ease to get everywhere. Example of client service We had a booking at the opera where the tickets were supposed to be silvered at the lobby, unfortunately this didn’t work out as planned, the reception took it upon them and contacted the opera and managed that we got our tickets on time. "

"It’s a beautiful hotel within walking distance to Hoàn Kiếm Lake. Lots of food, shopping and travel agencies right outside of the hotel where one can go to book trips, excursions and exchange money. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop bar and pool. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It made our stay pleasurable. Our rooms were very clean and we were up on the 8th floor away from the noise. The rooms were lovely, however, I’d suggest that the hotel improve the lighting in the bathroom and provide lighter bed covers. The current thick down comforter is too warm and not comfortable for sleeping. "
