"This hotel is very big. A little outdated but clean and has amazing views. You have to take a cab if you want to eat outside the hotel but overall a nice place to stay. I have stayed twice now and will use again as for the price paid its very good."

"This is a beautiful property and kind staff. Food is the same as most resorts salads, meat, fish, even one or two vegan options which was a nice surprise. The spa is good but it didn't blow me away but still worth a massage. "Wow wow wow!! This place is incredible! Management is so helpful and sweet. They made out stay feel like home away from home. The community is very sweet as well and were helpful in navigating the winding streets of the Medina. We slept so well and had all we needed for a wonderful experience in Hammamet. Breakfast was delicious. Very picturesque room and common areas. I can’t recommend this place enough."

"First, this property was extensively renovated and just opened in fall 2022. Any reviews from before that aren’t applicable. Second, I would say this hotel is a true 5 star resort in Hammamet, and there aren’t many. La Badira and Orangers (Garden) are the only other two in my opinion. We prefer this hotel, Royal Azure, over the others. And that’s saying a lot! The pool area is the prettiest and most luxe in Hammamet. The suites are beautifully appointed and huge. "This hotel is HIGHLY overrated. I am not sure how it is a 5-star hotel. Customer service at breakfast is really chaotic. They behave as if they're in their home. They forget your oder and they do not make attention to details. You ask them for hand sanitizer they tell you "look over there or we don't know"...they really lack professionalism. During check-in they give physical key, no magnetic card to access your room. What if someone loses the "one" key? Do you bring someone to change the door...
