Warmly welcomed by the front desk agent, they made the check-in process smooth and quick. We requested 2 rooms to be on the same floor, very accomodating and helpful. Incredibly responsive and answered all my questions. Housekeeping was given and checked up on us daily, changing towels, cleaning and giving us extra amentities. There was a breakfast buffet which offered a variety of dishes, bakery items and drinks. Fresh, tasty and very enjoyable for the family. A short walk to Al Haram, accessible to the clock tower and its shops. I highly recommend Swissôtel Makkah to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality. God willing, I return soon for my third visit."
