"The front desk ms chau was attentive and helpful always inquiring if we needed anything for the room or from the health center to tours and directions. She also made sure we had breakfast each morning the rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the town and was relaxing to sit enjoying tea"

"The staff was so courteous and accommodating they made our stay so memorable. I would definitely come again if I'm in the area."

"Breakfast was amazing. So many selections. However because this is a massive hotel, I would suggest they invest in 1-2 more coffee machines and toasters because when waiting to use these the rest of your food goes cold which can be frustrating! Bed was so firm. Not very comfortable"

"Great stay. Good food"

"Good location but a little walk up the hill. Cute clean place with great staff, great view, and good daily breakfast also. Would stay again."

"This place is false advertising online. When we arrived to our room, there was a HORRIBLE smell. Bugs flying all over the room. Roaches and spiders crawling in the room. The location above the main sapa square is very convenient, yet away from the hectic energy around the square. Overall Sapa was a very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend both the city and this new resort....

"There is no sound insulation at all, and the most shocking thing is that morning coffee is not free."

"I really wanted to like this place. Staff was trying their best. I found an open condom wrapper and an unused condom still in the wrapper between my mattress and the bed frame. Old car tires were used to hold up the flower beds. That’s not very ecolodge like. The food was not very good. I ordered a Banh mi and received something with scrambled eggs and two slices of Wonderbread. No baguette in sight, no pork or other meats. The whole village is incredibly dirty with trash everywhere. I’m not...
