"We stayed for 3 nights bed and breakfast at the Balthazar Design Hotel… what a great stay we had.. Location of Hotel is fantastic for making it your base in Krakow, The Castle is literally next door and the main square a 10 minute stroll away. We arrived later than planned due to delay with travel arrangements and arranged breakfast for the next morning to be available on a take away basis as we had a 6am pick up for a tour booked the next morning, it was no issue and was ready and waiting...

"Beautiful hotel just a short walk from the main square and lots of restaurants and bars. Well insulated too so no problems with hearing neighbouring guests. We were room only so can’t comment on how the breakfast was."

"Struttura nel complesso piacevole, camera confortevole con ottimo grande letto e una ottima colazione. Passiamo a i difetti che non dovrebbe avere un hotel a 5 stelle; al mio arrivo la camera era molto pulita ma in bagno c’era il rotolo della carta igienica già iniziato, la stanza presentava sulle porte e alcune pareti delle vistose ammaccature, la tappezzeria in corridoio proprio davanti alla mia porta tristemente scollata dal muro. Infine su 6 notti la spa è stata chiusa per 3 o 4 giorni. (...
