"The food was literally the same everyday. Some meal sessions their staff were taking food and jostling with the guests. No a great experience They forgot to read what Expedia transmitted in terms of payment and failed to apply payment at point of entry only to ring and upset my son by asking him to come and pay. My SPA session was put in someone else name and took two days and further intervention to have it rectified. I believe they will be very good if they pay attention to details more and...

"Very beautiful property. Everyone was overly nice. They helped me everyday and I appreciate it."

"كانت الاقامه ممتازه و تتميز بالهدوء والراحه و كان الاكل جيد ولكن ينقصه التنوع في البوفيه"

"Overall the experience was positive. We arrived at midnight and staff was still readily available to assist. They even left a late night snack in our room upon arrival. If you are seeking a more laid back resort, it certainly fits the bill. I hoped for more activities available on site. The resort went into quiet mode after 10pm. "Tout était parfait, l’accueil, le service, la propreté. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin"

"Anazing place. Great service. Great value"

In addition, the food unfortunately falls below expectations. Considering the price, the culinary experience could have been significantly better. This...

"My wife and I found a little bit of paradise at Royal Mandarin Resort! Very very nice property. We booked this room for five nights following our Serengeti Safari in the hope of some beach relaxation. We got that and so much more!"

"Staff were so friendly, food was amazing and the villa was beautiful with everything we needed"

"Amazing quiet spot"

"If you want to enjoy beaches on the East coast of Zanzibar, which are clean and not overcrowded, Breezes in Dongwe is a good place to go. For a half board and not an all inclusive hotel, Breezes is relatively expensive in comparison, because the room rates are high and you will pay every lunch and every drink extra. The food and the drinks are good but not as good as the room rate and the prices (to be paid in US Dollars) would suggest and it might not be the cook’s or the barman or barmaid’s...
