"The property was nice but outdated. Our favorite part of the property was the staff. The staff went above and beyond to help you and be nice. Everyone is wonderful. The restaurant is delicious. However, the area is sketchy in parts and the hotel looks outdated, unfortunately. The spot was very basic. It’s fine for an expensive five star resort, I definitely expected more. "

"Love the hotel room and common area. They have great morning coffee/tea set-up with a huge common space to start your morning. Walking distance to the beach and even closer to many restaurants and shopping. Great for a visit to Santa Monica beach. "

"What I didn't like was the $70 fee for parking overnight! Ridiculous! The design of the room, the furniture and the cabinetry are all First Class. The bathroom was very modern and very functional. I'd stay there again!!"
