"From the moment I booked to our departure, Lazure exceeded all expectations. I treated my mum to a special birthday break and she thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Lunch by the pool was followed by a relaxing massage at the spa. The atmosphere was simply perfect, creating a sense of luxury and attention to detail. We arrived feeling instantly impressed and left with a strong desire to return. Thank you Lazure for making this celebration truly special. We had an amazing time."
"Superbly clean room. Excellent staff at breakfast and breakfast was lovely, the highlight. The barman in the cocktail bar was incredibly rude to my husband, we reported it and the reception lady said she would speak to the manager about it, we were there for a further 7 nights but heard nothing. This is appalling customer services and we would not return because of it. A lot of the staff seemed sullen, a smile would have gone a lomg way !"
"The hotel is in a stunning location and our room had a fabulous view over the bay. Our initial room was on the third floor in a wing where the lift was out of order. Thankfully we were offered a better option in the other wing, after pointing out our mobility limitations.
There were a couple of issues at the hotel, which were sorted out after conversations with the duty managers, who did their best to help and compensate.
Breakfast was superb and a good spread to suit all needs. I might...
"Beautiful property, excellent room with 2 bathrooms and great service from the staff. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Chedi."
"Für das Frühstück wollte die Unterkunft 2x 27 Euro abzocken. Das war in allen Lokalen rundum für 20 Euro weniger zu haben.
Desgleichen. gilt für das Restsurant!"
"We made a last minute change to a planned itinerary for a driving tour of Montenegro from Split. We were going to Budva first but many locals said Budva was not for us and suggested Tivat. Porto Palace was available and I arranged a 3 night stay. As it last minute we took what was available and had a low floor with no view. The rooms are apartments with full kitchens. A combo washer and dryer with detergent was a pleasant useful surprise in a 3 week Europe trip. The rooms are very nice and...
"Hotel is 10/10, that is without a doubt.
If you like to do activities outside of the resort, there isn’t anything. It’s a quiet village. This place is truly meant for rest and relaxation.
Please be careful how you book your room on Expedia. I booked a room with a sea view and was provided a room with 4 walls. It was hours of going back and forth with management. I was mansplained, repeatedly told I did not book the right room and that I would have to pay extra for the upgrade. Expedia was...
"Great hotel with amazing balcony views. The mattress is super comfy to sleep on, the breakfast is brought to your room, insanely customizable, and delicious! Bathrooms are a bit small, but the amazing views compensate for it!"
"Loved this stay! The location was excellent, the room was so spacious (they even upgraded us!), the complimentary chairs at their own private beach were excellent, and the hospitality of the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel!"
