"There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am. FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE...

"The hotel itself is great. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The shower and climate control are excellent. Beds are very comfortable. The infinity pool on the roof is outstanding, with an incredible view of all Budva and the sea. It was SO nice to have this after a long day of walking around town. "Really loved the experience. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Room was super clean and all amenities was in really good. Nice view from balcony and location is also perfect for travelling around. Breakfast was amazing too. One con, the restaurant under the hotel is not good and also the waiters are not polite they are pretty rude. Food was good though but the staff was very rude"

"Hotel La Roche is a luxurious and elegant place. The room looked like a small Royal wing with a beautiful view. The staff is/are polite and courteous. Great location; short walk to marina, bars and restaurants; etc. Although the breakfast was wonderful, I was expecting a buffet as I prefer to help myself to be served."
