They truly made the experience welcoming and so much easier for us! The food at the restaurant was reasonably priced and REALLY good, which was definitely a plus. "We absolutely loved this place!! The staff was so amazing and attentive!! The “Maria’s” knew exactly how we liked our coffee, breakfast and drinks!! So kind and attentive! The front desk people (Katarina, can’t remember the nice man’s name) were so helpful with everything!! I lost my luggage and they helped so much to get it back. The rooms were very clean and plenty of room. Staff came in everyday and made bed etc. The pool area is beautiful and quick walk to the beach! Also quick walk into town. I would go back in a heartbeat!! Loved it all! Liz and Scott"

"We have just departed following our wedding in Santorini. I can’t thank Costa Grand enough for how amazingly helpful they have been, no request was too big. We were offered a complimentary upgrade on our last night which we politely declined due to the amount of baggage we had unpacked but we appreciated the offer so much. We had approx 30 people staying with us at Costa grand so I had emailed a few months before and asked if we could possibly be close together in the hotel to reduce disruption to other guest around the pool, we never expected them to manage this but they did! Meaning all of our guests were in one area which was amazing. The amenities were great, food and drink were excellent and staff are extremely friendly and helpful."

"The entire stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff were polite, informative and very helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable, offered multiple pillow options, and the private pool was well maintained. We visited PacMan. We enjoyed the beautiful views, great food and excellent service. I enjoyed a message treatment at the spa that was calm and relaxing. The property is very well maintained. My favorite part of the property was visiting the gardens where they grow many of the vegetables they serve in the restaurant. It was a beautiful garden. The location was perfect for us. It is not on the caldera but it right across the street. It was very quiet and private which was nice after exploring the main strip along the caldera. We still had an incredible ocean and sunset view!"
