"lovely room and nice staff"

"One of our favorite places that we go to almost every year, we usually bring a group of about 20 to 30 people at a time. The historic and cultural significance of the place and style is tough to beat if you’re looking for an authentic Kenny experience. People are amazing and the staff is so helpful. The food is better than most places in Kenya and the rooms are one of a kind."

"I stay at the Hyatt Regency in Nairobi was a 10 out of 10. Everything was seamless from check-in to check out. We ate at the sports bar and the restaurant and everything was good. I would recommend this hotel."

"Room was clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. We were also able to leave some of our luggage while we travelled to Zanzibar which was so helpful and convenient. Thank you for your great hospitality!"

"Excellent service. Large comfortable room. Buffet breakfast great selection and good quality. Lunch and dinner in bistro restaurant (Tenbo) moderate at best. Burger was good but club sandwich and steak sandwich both extremely greasy."
