"The staff are absolutely amazing, every experience we have had was professional, helpful and they are always so kind!
The room was always cleaned, thankfully because sand followed us everywhere!
The view was absolutely beautiful!"
"This is a fabulous 5* gem, and we had a great time. Positives: Stunning hotel, extremely cleanl, lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and showers, lovely happy friendly staff. A hotel with great ambience, luxury all neatly bundled up into a lovely package and we'll be back again soon. Also so quiet, even though the hotel was not empty. Negatives - 5 restaurants, unchanging menu, even in the main buffet restaurant, so choices were lacking by the end. Rooms were not serviced if you missed...
"If this was a 4 star hotel it would be poor, however it professes to be 5 star, which makes it terrible.
Room, a cool suite. Bedroom, living room & 2 bathrooms. That said the sound system in the room was an old CD player. Not retro! Food - We expected 4 places to eat, there was only a buffet open for b/fast, lunch & dinner. The Stone was open lunch till 6pm & the Taverna open for dinner only Monday & Friday! However due to the terrible staff (excluding housekeeping who were good but...
"Amazing property, felt very high end but still authentic. The staff is very nice and ready to help. The room was comfy and always beach/pool sunbeds available. The breakfast is amazing 10/10 we looked forward to it every day. The onsite reasturants and drinks were over priced for what you got (but the dinner buffet also 10/10 at 45 euros per person). If you are travelling with a baby they have lots of high chairs at all eating places. The only thing I would say is the pool is deep (for kid...
"Very good location
Small rooms
Comfortable bed
Very good WiFi
Nice breakfast, more traditional creta products should be even better...
Very helpful staff"
"Hotel itself was in a good location but food was not the best. Same foods every day. Although the beach was supposedly to be relaxing and enjoyable , some guests were changing in front of the kids like it was a nude beach!"
"It is a good hotel. Beautiful location, friendly staff. But for the price and as it is 5 star hotel, i would expect to more. For 5 star hotel i would expect for better food quality, better facilities and fancier rooms!
I would be a great for 4 stars hotel."
