"The staff are so helpful in this hotel. Top Notch service. Better than other hotels that charge twice the price. The breakfast buffet is great and worth adding to your booking. The only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom. I booked an executive suite or Director’s suite. The toilet is separate room from the shower but that wasn’t a big deal. "Excellent staff and outstanding customer service We had a wonderful 4-night stay, all in an upgraded suite on the 12th floor. We initially had an issue with our room, but Manager Betchie responded immediately, apologised and arranged an upgrade within minutes. She also organised the luggage transfer, with the very polite and helpful Karl assisting us. Excellent customer service and a great example of how a problem should be handled.
