"it’s a great location if you want to stay away from old town crowds, also there is a bus from hotel to old town which is much easier than taxi sometimes. Room is spacious for two , No changing sheets during 4 nights stay , no bellman service, no water at the big lobby , the carpet (or something else )in hallway is very smelly . Breakfast receptionist is weird attitude , I should say not nice to Asian. ( nice greeting to my husband who is European but don’t even bother to look at me , and again...

"This property is right in the heart of old town which was great. The staff was amazing and beyond helpful—very proactive at anticipating what we might need and covering those needs before we even asked. We ate at Magdalena in the hotel for dinner which was intimate, but also open and charming—the food was impressive (we had the duck and the lamb and both were very satisfied), the staff was professional and matched our drinks/wine perfectly with the meal. Highly recommend the property if you want...

The gym was lacking in terms of cardio equipment but had a great stock of dumbbells (and was the most ‘petty’ gym I’ve seen!). Hotel definitely requires decent knees given all the stairs. "10/10 experience. Im usually too lazy to write a review but i had such an amazing time during a short 2d stay here with my brother. We landed after midnight, which i let the hotel know only the day of arrival (due to my own mixup). The hotel sorted out transfer promptly and left us a generous cold cut/cheese platter each in the room! Much appreciated meal especially given the time of day.
