It does feel a bit dated in places and the food at the buffet was often cold - also not very good at catering for vegetarians as there is a lot of careless cross contamination both by guests and staff. Overall for the lower price for a hotel, did not expect amazing as you get what you pay for and we were happy with the stay for a couple of nights "

"Excellent hotel with lots of activities for children. Animation team were varied - some great, some not so much. Would avoid leaving children in the baby room. Rooms were the best I’ve stayed in when travelling with children. A bath and kitchenette were exactly what we needed. Hotel will also provide any additional things you may need - we asked for a bottle warmer and high chair. Treated my son’s allergy seriously and cooked all his food from scratch in the kitchen."

" Recently stayed at this hotel for 4 days celebrating a special birthday as a girls holiday and overall we were impressed, the facilities that we visited frequently (pool and bar!) were indeed 5* including being spoilt with some impressive live singing and dancers during the day. "The Iberostar Sabila was a fantastic hotel. We (a couple, mid30’s) stayed for a week and it was well worth it. We got the all inclusive package, and also a sea view. The sea view room was amazing. Beautiful, light room with amazing views out to sea and also overlooking the pool area. All-inclusive felt worth it. "We went as a family of 3. The room was very good, very clean and offer enough space for a toddler to be comfortable. The service is amazing and the restaurant really really good... A bit expensive but definitly worth it. The gardens are really nice too. We really had a wonderful time."

"A lovely resort but if you did want to eat in the non-buffet restaurants in the evening it is challenging to book! However there are some really lovely local restaurants serving delicious food in the town - just a short walk away. It is surprising that a 5 star resort doesn’t offer complimentary water for guests in the room. Or offer water fountains around the resort to ensure that guests stay hydrated. However the resort is lovely. "
