Our room had no view, the bathroom was tiny (hard to exit) and our shower was missing half the sliding door. By design? If so, never seen that before. Excellent in- room coffee and the hotel cafe food was also excellent."

"This hotel is beautiful. But I had a better experience in the New York Location. For my birthday they set up a complimentary plate of chocolate covered strawberries to wish me a Happy Birthday. This hotel didn't do anything for daughter’s birthday. I mentioned it when I did my reservation. The room was nice not what I was hoping for. I guess I didn't pay as much as others. "
