"A wonderful, new boutique hotel where we stayed 5 nights in May - about 5 minutes walk from the main Pile gate, just far enough away from the maddening crowds. The staff were superb - super friendly and competent. The physical hotel is beautiful with great finishes and tastefully done. Breakfast was excellent, with a broad number of gourmet quality selections - you can always tell by how delicious each orange, fig, and blueberry is on the fruit plate. "The Kazbek, was a super hotel, staff were fantastic, room was spacious and very clean, worth it's 5 stars. A great location by the marina . An early morning food bag, instead of breakfast was given for a day trip. To get from the city centre to the hotel, the bus stop outside was ideal and to get from hotel back to the city centre, the bus stop was just a 10 minute walk way."

"The all staff was impeccably attentive and efficient. Their service is above and beyond. True 5 star courtesy. Front desk check in and out was super fast. Stijepo sent me message via WhatsApp to see if I needed anything. ( very nice touch ). The property itself is beautiful building. I liked the decorative color of pick and navy at terrace bar. By the way the terrace bar is a must. Great view of old town. One of most enjoyable place in this earth. Room is tastefully decorated. Room service was good and fast. Just steps away from old town Pile gate. So very convenient for sightseeing , restaurants and shops. Only thing surprising was at breakfast, there was no omelette making station. The lids of heavy Cruchet for food was rather annoying to lift up and cover each time. Coffee didn’t taste as good as other places in Croatia. I didn’t visit spa nor swimming pool since I stayed just one night."
