"Beautiful hotel with every amenity. My room was beautiful and I had the walk out patio and living room with separate bedroom on the second floor. The view was beautiful. Breakfasts have delicious fresh fruit and juices. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and options were sufficient. Location can’t be beat in the middle of the island and a reasonable distance to any spot to visit. Easy to park and access. Many excellent restaurants nearby. Beats having to deal with the chaos and wait times in Ponta Delgada. Pool and saunas were wonderful at the end of a long day hiking. Showers are exceptional. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only wish they had a water station to refill water bottles. "

"This hotel was a very nice place to stay! All of the employees were friendly and very professional. It was clean and the rooms were nicely decorated. It is very east to walk to restaurants and cafe's. We would absolutely stay here again!!"

"We like the hotel which has an inside and outside swimming pool filled with hot spring water and are open 24 hours a day. There are Turkish bath and sauna by the pool. Room is a bit too small but it’s quiet. "
