- Very Clean
- Spacious Flat
- Very Smart Kitchen
- Comfortable Bedding
- Very Modern Bathroom
- Close to the town and Sea
- provided us Fresh Bread, Bacon and Better
Cons:
- This is a basement Flat and should have been listed as one
- It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around
- If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door.

"Lovely little caravan site close to the beach. Owners Amy and Elliot are lovely, very helpful and always on hand if you need anything.
If you're looking for a caravan site that has a clubhouse, evening entertainment and park wi-fi then Mounts Bay isn't for you as they don't have any of these facilities.
However, if you're looking for somewhere that is peaceful, relaxing and great base for exploring the Cornish coast then you won't go far wrong with this place."
