"We loved our stay here. The staff were fantastic and took great care of us. The gym, restaurants, activities were fantastic. Loved staying in the sky villa it was a unique experience. Highly recommend this place."
"A unique place to stay! Beautiful scenery, calm environment…everything is wonderful. Comfortable, individual ’houses’ provide great accommodation with outdoor bathrooms attached. Excellent bars, restaurants and facilities cap off a great stay."
"If you plan to stay here, just know that this particular area uses local taxi which are more expensive than Grab. The local taxis charge surcharges. You have to walk about 10-15 mins down the road before you can get a Grab Taxi. Do not stay here if you want to pay for expensive local taxis. Also the staff here do not communicate well with each other. My stay was fine up until their lack of communication. Would not stay here again."
"Had an amazing time at Impiana - location was great, property was beautiful and staff were extremely helpful. I would 100% recommend and will definitely go back."
"We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was so friendly and always went above and beyond. The breakfast was a ton of food and always delicious, we ate some other meals at the restaurant as well which were also great. The pool was stunning and this was the nicest hotel gym I have ever used. 10/10 would recommend!"
"Firstly, I want to emphasize that the staff at Kayumanis Ubud were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. We had absolutely no issues with the service. The welcome drinks and afternoon tea were also very thoughtful touches.
Unfortunately, the property itself did not meet our expectations for a five-star resort, particularly compared with other five-star properties we stayed at in Bali and Indonesia. Much of the villa felt dated and in need of refurbishment. The furniture was older, there...
"The view, the pool, the service, free breakfast. All perfect for a relaxed getaway. The drive and location are a bit away from the city center, but that's not even a downside in my opinion. It keeps the noise of everything else out of your experience here. You have some music playing here and there but overall, you're just lounging and listening to the trees, the birds and the river far below. Stayed in the private pool room and only used it once though. I would say the infinity pool is enough...
