"Much improved… visited 2022 and was disappointed with the club breakfast, poor food and beverage options there and slightly tired space. This has been revamped and is now worthy of a 5* hotel. Breakfast choices excellent this time in the club, improved quality and options! Proper, fresh orange juice not diluted. The rooms are the same and very clean but starting to feel a little tired so could do with a refresh. Staff friendly and pleasant but communication surrounding pool closures is poor....

"We stayed from May 28 - June 1, 2026. Starting at reception we were greeted with smiles. The front end staff were very helpful and welcoming. Reception showed us around. I love the signature scent uon walking into the lobby. The elevator is a little bit confusing, we figured it out eventually. We were upgraded to a higher floor and bigger bed. "This hotel by far was best customer service and atmosphere!!! Dora at the front desk during check in was so kind to help us find my husband’s missing passport that fell out of his pocket in car transfer from airport. We were V level and the service at breakfast was impeccable!!! Everyone was so kind!! They knew it was our 25th anniversary and surprised us with heart petals and champagne!!! Bubbly hour was always so nice!! We really enjoyed lunch after the beach at restaurant and swimming...

"We could not have chosen a better place to stay! Hotel Sumratin is beautiful. The room was clean, spacious and modern as this hotel was opened just a few months ago. The location cannot be beat - right on the Lapad promenade close to restaurants, bars, stores and the beach.
