"It was not a five-star experience and maybe a two-star experience at best. But, they had air conditioning during the heat, which did smell moldy. This place needs maintenance. But I do believe one day thirty years ago it was a five-star hotel."

"This hotel is quite easy walking distance into the main "old" part of town ... Bath Abbey, Roman Baths, River Avon, multiple churches, tons of restaurants. We loved our spacious room with a gorgeous high ceiling and updated bathroom. It felt like pure luxury after our cramped stay in London. We chose to enjoy their breakfast after an early morning walk down the river and around the Royal Victoria Gardens.
