"Imaret hotel is a gem. The hotel is actually a historical building with lots of history (take the free tour to learn all about it) The service and staff were absolutely excellent. "The staff won our hearts before we walked up to the front desk. The bellman (Theodore?) greeted us warmly and won us with his smile and helped us with our bags. He did the same when we left even though I told him I didn’t have any euros to tip him. Diana welcomed and oriented us and helped us throughout our stay. "The resort is well maintained and built to accomodate both types of visitors- couples and family with children. Nikkos, the general manager, is very attentive to customers' requests and needs. He provided an excellent customer service. I would not recommend stayng in the upper villas (Zeus) if you have young chilldren.
