This is a nice place at a good location. Need transportation if you need to go to the town, but if you go for the beach, well, it’s right there. It’s very reasonably priced during the shoulder seasons too. Not a whole lot to do then, but there are definitely savings. lt’s clean and the staff are great. l will go back.

Great view and very clean room. Not the closest to the city centre but very close with car, taxi or transport. The staff had a bit of attitude that I wasn't expecting. I was hoping for politeness but unfortunately this wasn't the case. At the start they helped with my luggage which was really great.

This hotel is outstanding, it’s very clean, great food and breakfast, pool area is also brilliant. Lots of parking. In a very quiet area. A special mention to the reception staff who on more than one occasional went over and above there duties to help my wife and I, during my stay I was hospitalised for 4 days and the hotel extended our stay, made sure my wife was ok. They were so helpful all the time. Really can’t thank the staff enough for their support and care towards us. Nothing was to much trouble for them. I can’t wait to come back again

We booked the Lucy hotel as it had a good pool for swimming and the pool was well reviewed. We enjoy a swim before breakfast and dinner. On arrival at 5.00 pm we were informed the pool closed at 6.00 and did not reopen until 10.00 when breakfast finished. We expressed our disappointment and were told we could swim in the sea before breakfast. After a rush we managed to get to the pool by 5.30 to again be told it was closed at 6.00 by the staff who were clearing away the furniture. After a shower we managed a short swim. The next evening we noticed no other people entering the pool were challenged for not showering despite it being a clearly displayed rule. The bedroom had five coat hangers for two people. Since then our three star hotels have all had at least 14. We had a city facing room which we had not noticed did not have a balcony but the small window was restricted to open only 10cm at the top. The room was very stuffy as a result. The black tiled bathroom was depressing and in order to wash my lower legs and feet the shower door had to be opened. The bed was very comfortable and supportive. Breakfast was excellent with the exception of the olives all were bitter. All outside areas to the dining room and common areas were polluted by smokers. The beach was clean with sharp sand but unfortunately the promenade was lined with derelict bars and changing cubicles giving an air of decay.

The hotel functions much more like a solid 4-star commercial hotel rather than a luxury 5-star resort. While it is clean, comfortable, and boasts an excellent location, several structural and service elements fall short of true five-star standards. The sea views from the waterfront rooms and the breakfast terrace are spectacular. The breakfast features authentic, fresh greek pastries and a wide variety of choices. The property is kept very clean, having direct access to Kalamitsa Beach and offering free parking. Drawbacks: The room felt small, dated, and suffering from thin walls with poor soundproofing. The walls had highly visible skid marks and scuffs from previous guests' luggage, showing a lack of detail-oriented upkeep between stays. Furthermore, the minibar policy is poorly communicated; the items are not complimentary, yet there is no signage, price list, or menu anywhere in the room indicating the costs. This lack of transparency leads to unexpected charges at checkout. There was a long wait time for check-in, exactly at 15:00 o'clock.

I stayed 1 night with my daughter at this hotel and it was absolutely amazing! I wish we had booked for more days. The staff were all very friendly, the hotel was clean & luxurious, the amenities (pool, spa, private beach) were perfect for making the most of our vacation! We will be back!
