"What a superb gem of a hotel. Location is ideal for travelling with plenty of car parking. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was extremely good with a wide selection of continental and superbly cooked and varied hot options. Ate dinner in the restaurant and the meal was lovely. Originally booked one night travelling south and then decided to stay again a few nights later when travelling back. Will definitely be back."

"Able to easily check in slightly early and the staff were really helpful, both at reception and the cleaning staff were really nice as well. The room was lovely and clean, and had Aircon which was brilliant! Beds were comfy and spacious and the bathroom was big and clean too!"

We never were able to use our reservation and did not stay after paying in full. I called earlier in the day to confirm, and they gave me the lockbox location and code, but upon arrival by taxi (after midnight) there were no keys in the box, leaving us alone outside with no car. "Outstanding young Husband and Wife making everything perfect for our stay. Several places to eat with in 10 minutes. Has a nice spacious sitting room / living room to relax. Umbrella are by the door for guests. Love the decor. "
