"Wonderful hotel right in the centre. Our room was river facing and up on the 27th floor? And the view was amazing! We did not eat or drink at the hotel but the stay was great. Huge recommend."

"The staff is very helpful and friendly and attentive. The facility is excellent"

"The room was average, some stains on walls, broken lock which was supported by folded paper, peep holes was blocked. And some peeled wall paper. The toiletries were average, and the sink was clogged. Breakfast was not very good, the variety for vegetarians was limited."

Not enough at front desk, aside from the environment it is not different than a 2 star motel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful when they have time and get to you. Had to ask reguarly for more coffee and cream in the room. Budget cuts come to mind when these things add up. Staff cuts, skimping on little things like coffee creamers, only...

"The room is super clean with the great night view and the breakfast is so delicious. And the customer service is helpful"

"La ubicación es excelente el desayuno muy variado y abundante"

"中心地なのに静かな環境 設備は古いが、サービスは大変良い。"
