"Carpet in my room had a foul musty smell when I told front desk about issue the hotels solution was to have maintenance personnel spray a bunch of air freshener/chemicals on the carpet while we were in the room . The chemical smell was so strong we had to leave the room for several hours. Hotel didn’t offer any compensation for the foul carpet smell issue and huge inconvenience we experienced."

"The room was terrible and overlooked an inner brick courtyard. We ordered a bowl and spoon be sent up from the front desk so our son could eat some cereal and no one ever showed up. We’ve stayed there before and loved the experience and location, but I think I’ll try a new hotel next time. Bummer because it’s close to the tube station."
