"Everybody from security, the front desk, the drivers, very professional, excellent service as a Black American, I felt welcomed every time I stay at this park, the only problem I ever have when I’m here are some of the foreigners, but all the staff great"

"Staff was so polite"

"After staying at Shangri-La The Fort on multiple occasions, I can honestly say the Grand Hyatt is a much nicer place to stay. The biggest difference is the facility. The Grand Hyatt looks really nice and taken care of. The amenities are great as well. The only thing I wish they had was a bigger gym. The location is also exceptional. Moving forward it looks like the Grand Hyatt is where we will be staying when we visit Manila and want to be around shopping centers."

"Outstanding hotel! Desirey on front desk was so helpful and professional. She assisted us greatly. This is by far the best option in the area."

"今回は１泊しかしませんでしたが、もっと長期滞在していたい。静かでゆったりと過ごせました。"

"All staff were very helpful, friendly, kind and polite including Thomson, the night duty dog and Panther, the day guard dog. Jaja at the front desk is excellent. The room is very spacious and has everything we need. They provide drinking water every day."

"Awesome stay. I always book Hyatt at City of Dreams when visiting Manila. Always clean and staff is very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Close to airport. A lot of variety of restaurants and Starbucks."

"جدا رائع ولكن الوصول الي المكان متعب خاصه اوقات الذروة "
