"There are plenty of 5 star hotels to choose from in Tokyo but we were glad we chose this one for our first trip to Japan. The room was comfortable and blended Japanese and Western styles and was serviced thoroughly every day. We made good use of the club lounge for breakfasts, snacks and drinks in the evening and had dinner one time in each of Origami and the teppanyaki section of Suiren, the fine dining restaurant. "My friend and I spent an entire week at the Hotel Chinsanzo in a beautiful suite. It was the absolute perfect getaway from the busy city; yet not too far for commuting. The hotel was beautifuly maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden area and the club lounge which had wondeful food and beverages. We will definitely recommend the hotel to friends traveling to Tokyo."

Subway is below the hotel, restaurants, shops and surprisingly a serene atmosphere outside the hotel. I felt was the area for makeup and hair wasn’t large enough and drawer space was sparse.
