"Lovely little caravan site close to the beach. Owners Amy and Elliot are lovely, very helpful and always on hand if you need anything. If you're looking for a caravan site that has a clubhouse, evening entertainment and park wi-fi then Mounts Bay isn't for you as they don't have any of these facilities. However, if you're looking for somewhere that is peaceful, relaxing and great base for exploring the Cornish coast then you won't go far wrong with this place."

Gunwalloe Fishing Cove What appears from here to be a long stretch of sandy beach is in fact a beach of very fine shingle with rounded stones ranging from about 5mm to 25mm in diameter. This was until recently extracted for use locally as pipe bedding material for surrounding drain pipes and for decorative landscaping use but I think this industry has now ceased.
