It was a beautiful experience in a lovely part of the countryside. The natural volcanic spring was amazing! The only negative aspect of the experience was dealing with the day shift host. We were asking about the different ways to get to the natural spring falls and he was acting like we were wasting his time. A complete 180 from the woman who helped us on the evening, Francesca. She was lovely.

We loved the farm stay and the dinner at the restaurant was excellent. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub was not included and no massage available but it was a Sunday afternoon

We really enjoyed our stay. Sassofortino has two excellent restaurants within walking distance(DaMomos we ate at many times) and Follonica beach is quite close. The staff is amazing and helpful. The scenery is breathtaking. The owner is very accommodating to your needs. we can not wait for our next vacation here.

We stayed in the off season mid March so the hotel was quiet. Given that we were two of a handful of guests the staff especially Claudia in the bar and restaurant were very attentive and helped us make our stay easy. The staff even helped with renting us bikes having a masseuse brought in for just us in the spa. Again during the busy season this would all be normal and expected. Lastly the manager went out of his way to help get us on the train that we were late for. Great hotel and the...
